The first “Animal Research Workshop” of Universität zu Lübeck

will take place on 22nd of April 2016 from 2 pm to 7 pm in the CBBM building (info flyer).

The aim of this workshop is to bring together all the animal research groups on campus to present their animal models at a poster session, fostering synergies and hopefully initiating new collaborations. To round off the meeting we have also invited two excellent external speakers:

Prof. Dr. W. Müller
University of Manchester, UK
"CRISPR/CAS technology: what does it mean for the 3R principle in animal
research?"

and

Prof. Dr. M. Bader
Max Delbrück Center Berlin, DE
"Mouse and rat models in translational research"

Snacks and drinks will be provided at the poster session.

It would be great if we would manage to present many interesting mouse/rat
models as posters. Please send your application by email to Marina Ladewig
