Live Cell Imaging

The Zeiss Cell Discoverer 7 is a wide-field fluorescence live cell imaging system with an integrated incubator. The system can be used for both living and fixed samples. Magnification ranges from 2.5x to 100x. Excitation wavelengths: 385, 420, 470, 520, 567, 590, 625 nm. Multiwell plates of almost all formats, Petri dishes, and microscope slides can be measured. The system is equipped with an Axiocam 712 mono (12 MP) sensor. The ZEN 3.6 software is installed, including the following modules: Advanced Acquisition, Smart Acquisition, 2D, 3D, AI, Connect, Deconvolution, and Bio Apps.
